Techcomlight’s Journey with Daylight Systems in Poultry Farming
In 2010, Techcomlight applied its first daylight systems in a poultry barn. This was a groundbreaking project, as it was the first laying hen barn in Lunteren to incorporate daylight tubes. The design of the barn allowed for extra width, and soon after, many more laying hen barns followed this example.
A few years later, daylight systems were also introduced to broiler chicken barns, and eventually, rearing barns were included in the lineup as well.
By 2017, Techcomlight was recognised as one of the top three nominees for its "Tailored Daylight Concept for Laying Hens," further solidifying the company's reputation in innovative agricultural lighting solutions.
